What are your delivery costs?

Please be advised that a delivery fee applies to your ordered products from Just Mattresses.

Within 25km of our locations, the delivery fee is $80.

We select the carrier with the best price option available at the time you place your order, saving you time and money!

When ordering more than one of the same product, multiple delivery fees will apply as many of our products are bulky and heavy and typically we are unable to ship these together for health and safety reasons.

Please note you cannot choose a specific day or time for postal/courier deliveries. If you need this service please contact customer service or email info@justmattress.com.au

Can I test or view products in store?

We welcome you to come try any of our mattresses in store. Please note that not all mattresses will be in every store. We recommend contacting your nearest Just Mattresses store to confirm product availability. If you are interested in the colour of a product you can see colour swatches or material sample in store. In most cases the mattresses displayed on site will be available to view and try in-store.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We would be happy to accept your order over the phone. Please use the phone number for your nearest store, which you can find in our store locator or call customer service 0429220312 between the hours of 9am to 3pm EST Monday to Fridays excluding public holidays.

What are the payment options?

We accept secure online payments including Visa, PayPal and Afterpay.
